File guidelines

Printing (DTF and screen printing)

  • PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file (SVG).
  • 300 DPI at the printed size. A 12 in wide front print needs about 3600 px across.
  • No white boxes around your design; anything that isn't transparent gets printed.
  • Screen printing: solid colors work best. Each ink color is a separate screen.

Embroidery

  • Simple shapes and bold lines. Very fine detail and gradients don't stitch well.
  • Text at least 0.25 in tall; thinner strokes break up.
  • Up to 12 thread colors. A left-chest logo is usually up to 4 in wide.
  • Send your best file. We digitize it for embroidery and send a proof.

  2. Get your quote and proofWe reply within 24 hours with pricing and a digital proof.
  3. Approve and pay 50%Approve the proof and pay a 50% deposit to start production.
  4. We make itStandard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days. Rush is 3 days when available.
  5. Pick up or shipPay the balance, then pick up in South Florida by appointment or we ship anywhere in the U.S.
