Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Four Amour and Amour Lab collect on fouramour.shop and what we do with it. Four Amour is a brand of Wadhurst LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us").
What we collect
- Early-access list: your email address, the date you joined, whether you agreed to marketing email, and the link or campaign that brought you to the site.
- Saved designs: designs you save in the editor stay in your own browser on your device. They aren't sent to us unless you send a quote request.
- Quote requests: your name, email, optional phone number, the garment, colors, sizes and placements you chose, any notes, and the artwork you upload. We also save pictures of your design on the garment so we can quote it.
- Spam protection: your internet (IP) address, briefly, to limit how many requests one connection can send in an hour.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you, and doesn't follow you to other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request, send proofs, make your order, and arrange pickup or shipping.
- To send the emails you asked for, such as the Collection One first look. Marketing email only goes to people who agreed to it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse.
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run the site. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores sign-ups, quote requests and uploaded files, and provides our visitor counts.
- Resend delivers our email.
- Apple iCloud Mail hosts our inbox, [email protected].
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded artwork and design pictures delete themselves automatically after 90 days. Keep your own copies of your files.
- Quote and order details are kept as business records.
- Early-access sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
